Great Happening:

Bike & Hike for MS

Online registration is open for the second annual Bike and Hike for MS, to be held Sunday, April 29, in the Grand River Valley.

Fee for either the hike or ride is $40 per participant. Bike rides are 12-, 25- or 45-miles; the vineyard hike is a 3K. The hike is through the vineyards of Debonne, Ohio’s largest estate winery.

Tony Debevc Jr., brewmaster at Double Wing Brewing Co. and coordinator of the event, says the ride will take participants through covered bridges and past wineries. All registered bikers and hikers will receive an event T-shirt and lunch when they return to the brewery. Live entertainment by Horsefeathers will be provided upon return.

Online registration is open through April 22 at 5 p.m. Late registration will be accepted through the day of the event ($45) and no T-shirt will be included.
