Great Happening:

Vineyard Woods accepting reservations

Harpersfield, OH – Vineyard Woods, the first Grand River Valley premier lodging destination of its kind, is now accepting reservations beginning Memorial Day weekend and beyond. Guests can choose from one of three private suites in the Vineyard Villa or the Oak Cottage.

A second phase of construction, slated to begin later this year, will add three additional free-standing cottages to the portfolio of lodging options on the property.

“Vineyard Woods is the ideal home base for local and regional visitors as they explore all that this wine region offers,” comments owner Scott Runyan. “We spent years studying similar businesses and lodging options in Hocking Hills, Ohio’s Amish Country, the Finger Lakes and the Niagara-on-the-Lake wine region to create our premier brand.”

Set amid 10 acres of wine grapes and 16 acres of rolling woods, Vineyard Woods is at the epicenter of the Grand River Valley Wine region and its over 20 wineries. In addition, it is within minutes of Lake Erie, the Grand River, historic Bridge Street in Ashtabula Harbor and all 19 of the iconic covered bridges in the county.

A family-owned business, Vineyard Woods is committed to growing agritourism in Ashtabula County.
